US Coast Guard Navigation Center is a branch of the US Department of Homeland Security that focuses on tracking all naval activities and providing updates on naval rules through its website.

Problem
The US Coast Guard Navigation Center had an outdated and not user-friendly website. It had a fixed web design that did not respond to different screens. Also, there were no branding guidelines in place for future additions.
Research
Since it was a redesign project that did not intend to change anything on the user experience side, the main goal of my research was to define the correct style and colors that would represent government agency and the navy.

Future Outcomes
After the redesign is implemented:
- User satisfaction will increase
- Users will be able to find the information they need much faster
- Citizens will feel that their tax dollars are spent well, which will increase government trust
